At MHM Residencies, we value our guests and aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. Please review our return and refund terms below:
1. Booking Cancellations
- 48 Hours Before Check-In: Full refund of the advance payment.
- Within 48 Hours of Check-In: One night’s stay will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- No-Shows: Guests who fail to arrive without notice are not eligible for a refund.
2. Early Check-Out
- If a guest checks out before the booked departure date, unused nights are non-refundable.
3. Modification of Booking
- Reservations may be modified (dates/room type) subject to availability. If the new booking is of lower value, the difference is non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days using the same payment method used for booking.
5. Non-Refundable Payments
Payments made for promotional packages, discounted bookings, or peak-season reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
